Hurricane Ian devastated this property and took it down to the studs. This full remodel included luxury vinyl plank flooring, a full new kitchen, and new bathrooms.

In the kitchen, white shaker cabinets, Pompeii Quartz countertops, and subway glass tile was used to give the space a bright and rejuvenated style. A distinct characteristic of this kitchen is the inclusion of a mobile rolling island with a butcher block top.

The master bathroom floor and shower features 12 x 24 porcelain tile and a pebble shower flush with the floor for an easy entry spa experience at home.

For practical functionality this space also contains a shower head with a handheld attachment, a large custom vanity with ample storage, custom oversized mirror with touch LED and ambient lighting settings.
