Perched on the point of a calm and placid cove, lives a Beach Haus gem! Peruse through Placida to feel the inviting warmth of this earth toned home.

This project was introduced as a result of the destructive wind and water damage caused by Hurricane Ian. This full update now consists of white oak engineered flooring and cabinetry, custom window treatments, custom kitchen remodel, and fully redone stairs.

To accommodate this client’s remote work routine, we created a beautiful home office containing an oversized burl wood desk. Custom wallpaper selections were utilized throughout the home, including in the unique pattern featured in the entry way and powder bath.

While the kitchen layout remained structurally similar, it was updated for livability. The white oak island, white cabinets, gold hardware, GE Cafe appliances, complement the alabaster backsplash beautifully.

The main living and dining area displays a lovely collection of unique lighting fixtures, playful textures, and an inviting color scheme of warm greens and golds.

All three bathrooms include an assortment of marble and natural stone showers. The screened-in outdoor space contains a dining table and additional lounging area.
