After Hurricane Ian, the roof of this property was destroyed. Once there was a new roof, new doors, and new windows in place a full scale remodel commenced on the interior space.

The custom blue foyer wall and front desk work station offers a welcoming entry waiting room. The use of large plantation shutters as wall dividers provides agents with privacy while maintaining an open office concept.

Plenty of movable seating was used to ensure both agents and clients have an abundance of arrangement options. Contract performance carpet was installed to ensure long term quality and avoid deterioration.
