If you are building a new home or are embarking on a full-scale renovation of an existing home, we offer our Build Service. 

 

Our design team has partnered with local family businesses and has countless resources that enable us to provide a variety of luxury interior design selections in projects with diverse scopes and budgets. 

 

Our team will either recommend a build team for you or work with one already assembled. It is our job to contribute to the overall design alongside the architect and contractor. A construction agreement is executed directly between you and your contractor.

 

We oversee all design related elements on your project. No detail is left unnoticed. 

Our fee is calculated based on the square footage of your home & period of design time from start to finish .

Sometimes all you need is new furniture &  finishes .We provide a fully curated design scheme with products that you love including furniture, artwork, case goods, lighting, accents & soft furnishings. 

 

This service will give you the perfect combination of style and contents to bring your new branded look to life!

Not only do we research, procure & store it but we also bring everything to you & oversee a seamless installation, typically in just one or two days !

Come spend a complimentary hour with us and choose from hundreds of beautiful products that will help make your house into a home. We have in house workrooms that can bring your vision to life

-Get to Know You 

Our design team meet in your home and spend 90 minutes -whereby we can discuss absolutely everything that you need from floor plans, spatial planning, electrical, lighting, paint, wallpaper, fabric, blinds and design styles!

 

We follow up our appointment with a 6-8 page document within 3 weeks of our meeting which recaps all that was discussed, giving you lots of visuals, ideas & inspirations for your home!  Design fee $ 690

The eDesign service is the superior way to design your space(s) virtually.  We work with you to photograph & measure your space and using a detailed questionnaire, we find out the rooms needs, budget & style requirements. We work our design magic and your design is emailed to you - you install it as and when suits you.

 

Who is this for?

 

This design approach is perfect for out of town clients or for those looking to handle a lot of the installation of the design themselves.

 

Whats Included?

 

• A detailed floor plan of your room, including 2D & 3D pictures

• A detailed shopping list of recommendations for your room with links for easy ordering

• A mood board with visual representation of the selections

• An overview of the plan with specific instructions for installation

• 1 of round of revisions of the plan (if needed )
