This condo space required a full remodel when the unit above caused the unfortunate flooding of their unit. This client came with a fixed budget and a tight timeline, but even with the struggle of transporting materials on a barrier island with limited access, we met their needs.

Once it was stripped down, we discovered mold from the flooding. Once the internal structural issues were mended, installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring and custom millwork commenced.

This highly livable family room space contains cool toned neutrals to accent the ocean’s blue. The bay windows in the dining room give a stunning view of the dunes and the shore. The assortment of new lighting fixtures adds character to each designated space in this open concept unit.

The kitchen features white shaker cabinets, zellige tile, breakfast bar seating and standard appliances. In addition to the custom millwork in the bunk room, the custom Olive et Oriel mural behind the beds brings the space to life.

The guest bath has a lovely porcelain tile arranged in a striped grey and white pattern. The master bedroom encompasses an elegant neutral palette with a palm frond wallpaper accent wall.

The white shiplap wall in the master bathroom provides a striking contrast to the two round rattan mirrors and oversized palm frond etched wall tile. Enjoy the sound of the waves in the outdoor conversation lounge area.
