Perched in the foliage of Palm Island dunes, resides a Beach Haus jewel! Explore the hues of Seaglass serenity in this lovely home on sandy Shores.

We worked with the client from a distance to build a brand new stilted home on this barrier island. As this family’s second home, we wanted to encapsulate the feel of a traditional beach house with a fresh twist.

The Pecky Cypress shiplap ceiling and French inlay travertine floors give the coastal feel from head to toe of the home. The stunning shiplap entry way, featuring custom light fixtures and Annie Selke stair runners, sets the tone for this bright and welcoming home.

The kitchen displays blue calcite counter tops, integrated panel appliance, KitchenAid powder blue dual-fuel stove. The entire house is filled with family friendly finishes and performance fabrics that will withstand heat, humidity, salt, and sand.

This home contains a wide variety of marble and natural stone showers that bring a unique feel to each bathroom. Custom finishing touches include an assortment of raffia textured wallpaper, a map wallpaper mural, and a custom mosaic compass inlay tile arrangement.
