This project required a second full remodel after Hurricane Ian left an unfortunate amount of destruction to the property. Located just a short walk from the beach, this home now has luxury vinyl plank tiles, custom interior millwork, board and batten, and shiplap.

This beautiful two-toned kitchen includes white cabinets, a large blue island, with a subtle wavy blue backsplash. The GE Cafe Stainless finish appliances, unique lighting fixtures, and large dining room table tie this lovely kitchen and dining space together.

The two bedrooms on the main floor share a cohesive coastal feel while maintaining individual styles. The two story lofted ceiling encompassed a panel of transom windows that give the space an airy openness, as well as an ocean view from the second floor loft bedroom.

Unlike its original design, the loft bedroom has a fixed glass overlook and integrated work space to keep it private from the main floor. The outdoor lounge areas in this home are plentiful due to wrap around balconies containing swinging chairs, Adirondack chairs, and a full outdoor dining set.

Additionally, next to the golf cart storage resides a separate living space with an integrated kitchen and bathroom space for fully functioning guest quarters.
