This builder-grade house started as a fixer upper with dated fixtures. It now features a brand new kitchen, fresh flooring, elegant molding, custom staircase, sleek bathrooms, functional laundry space, unique lighting, and oversized fans.

As a custom family design, this home now contains engineered hard wood flooring in vintage French Oak, Annie Selke indoor/outdoor stair runners, and custom Pecky Cypress millwork shiplap.

The kitchen cabinets were refinished in white to brighten the space, accompanied by an additional 12-foot Pompeii Quartz island, stylish GE Cafe appliances and custom hood. Bathroom finishes include natural marble, natural stone, and porcelain.
